The CAPM® (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification is an entry-level credential offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). It is designed for individuals who are new to project management or those who wish to formalize their knowledge of project management principles.

Unlike the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification, which is intended for experienced project managers, CAPM® serves as an excellent starting point for those with limited experience in the field but still want to pursue a career in project management.

5. Improved Job Security and Earning Potential

CAPM® certified professionals often command higher salaries compared to non-certified counterparts. In addition to better earning potential, having a CAPM® certification can provide greater job stability, as certified professionals tend to be viewed as more qualified and valuable to their employers.
