The idea of “Awakening: The Power of Small Changes” emphasizes how our lives can shift even through the slightest of modifications.

Similarly to the way the first glow of dawn slowly brightens the world, awakening starts out with not much but possibly profound changes in conduct, outlook, and habit.

Here are a few ways for implementing these minor modifications. These might include creating strategies, feeling thankful increasing self-awareness, or establishing healthy habits.
