The Challenges

Baggit deals with a wealth of digital assets for their various brands and products, managing these assets for their ecommerce platform presented several challenges:

  • Inconsistent Metadata: The information describing each digital asset (such as brand, product name, description) lacked consistency across the board. This inconsistency makes it difficult to find specific products and hinders search functionality for customers.
